Former athlete and founder Tierra, is committed to coaching the next wave of athletes through basketball skill training and development here with TWebb Affect. After years of training at an elite level, accomplishing multiple MVP titles, and leading her team as a 4-year starting guard at the NCAA Division 1 level, Tierra takes everything it took to become an elite athlete and pours it into training players and working with other coaches. Alongside her connection to the game, she focuses on bridging the gap between sports and life beyond the whistle, while serving the community with resources and insight on education technology.
